If you live locally you can skip shipping costs altogether! Contact us and we'll hold your item for pick up at:

How & Where We Ship
We use Canada Post to ship. We ship to Canada and the continental U.S., via our website. All shipments are trackable, and insured for the full value of the order.
 
All other destinations
We can ship to all other worldwide destinations but you need to contact us first. Let us know what you'd like to order and we'll provide you with an accurate shipping quote. Once approved, we will post your "reserved" item in our shop so you can complete your order online.
 
Need it right away?
If you'd like your shipment expedited contact us before you order and we'll get you a quote.

Returns
Exchange or store credit only. No returns, sorry. Please contact us to begin exchange or credit actions.

Lost or Damaged Orders
All orders are trackable and insured for safe shipping. Contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number if your item does not arrive.
 
We gladly cover minor repairs (for example, broken or worn out hardware) free of charge for the lifetime of your product. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping in these instances.
